Sonipipe ("we", "us", "our") operates the Sonipipe Customer app, the Sonipipe Agent app, and the Sonipipe Admin web portal (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

We use the information above solely to operate the Services: matching pickup/scrap requests with agents, showing status and history, calculating scrap payouts, and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted using row-level security so that, for example, an agent can only see a customer's contact details once a job has been assigned to them.
We share your information only as needed to operate the Services — for example, an assigned agent sees a customer's pickup address and phone number for that job, and vice versa. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
The Services are intended for users 18 and older and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and post the updated version here.
